Barangay Government Unit Barangay Lower Baluran, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Barangay Government Unit of Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay , through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project : Name of Project :Materials for Construction of Drainage Canal Location : Barangay Lower Baluran, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay Brief Description : :Materials for Construction of Drainage Canal Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 93,470.00 Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years, with an amount of at least 50 % of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility/check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary " Pass/Fail"criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relatives to eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference (s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent papers provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulation ( IRR ). Bid Document will be available only to eligible bidders at the Bids and Awards Committee office. The Barangay Government Unit, Lower Baluran, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. Submission of letters of Intent and Application for on or Before October 16, 2026 @10:00am Eligibility ( If single stage bidding is used, delete this activity) 4. Opening of Bids October 16, 2026 @ 2:00pm 5. Bid Evaluation October 17, 2026 6. Post-qualification October 18, 2026 7. Notice of Award October 19, 2026 The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at Lower Baluran Barangay Hall, upon their submission of a LOI, and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount to five hundred Pesos ( Php 500.00 ) only to the office of Barangay Treasurer. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address . They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.
