YEAR 2021 GENERAL INSURANCE & MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR FGV HOLDINGS BERHAD AND ITS COMPANIES WITHIN FGV GROUP

FGV Holdings Berhad (“FGV”) is one of Malaysia's largest, and most diversified agro-based enterprises which run the commercial business related to the FELDA, and the vast 880,000-hectare plantation land bank associated with it. FGV will conduct an open tender for year 2021 to consolidate all the insurance policies, namely General Insurance and Medical Insurance for better spent leverage across FGV Group. FGV is implementing the tender aimed at comprehensive design innovation by 2021 and also to work with service providers to look at preventive programs for healthier lifestyles and to find the best market rates available in the Malaysia's insurance market. General Insurance for FGV Holdings Berhad and its companies within FGV Group comprise of various classes of insurance policies such as Fire, Engineering, Motor, Liability, Marine, Miscellaneous, Commercial Crime, Cyber Insurance, Group Travel Insurance and Group Personal Accident with total no. of 34 to 35 types of insurance/takaful policies. Medical Insurance for FGV Holdings Berhad and its companies within FGV Group will support the costs of employee and family treatment for outpatient, ward and specialist treatment at Panel Clinics, Government Hospitals and Clinics / Specialist Hospitals subject to the terms and conditions specified, include Group Hospital & Surgical ("GHS") and & Group Term Life ("GTL"). Tender opens to Insurance Company, Takaful Company, Insurance Broker and Takaful Broker only.
