**Notice** Procurement of LED bulbs for installing safe street lights for the public. The Council requires a party to procure and supply LED bulbs for installing safe street lights for the public. Accordingly, the invitation to submit bids is extended to all eligible parties. This bid is open to businesses registered under the Business Registration Act (Act No. 18/2014) and the Sole Proprietorship Business Registration Act (Act No. 19/2014). Registration to participate in the bid will be conducted from 28 September 2026 to 06 October 2026, on every non-holiday, between 9:30 and 12:45, by submitting the bid registration form. Registration may be done by submitting the registration form and the documents required with it to this office, or by email. If sending by email, the registration must be emailed to this office's procurement email, [email protected]. Registration forms sent to any other email address will not be accepted. If the bidding document is sent by email, the registering party must confirm that the email was received. Registration forms will be available in the Gazette, at this office, and on the Vaiba community group. Bid submission and bid opening will take place on 11 October 2026 at 13:45 in the meeting hall of this office. Parties attending the bid opening (or sending representatives in their place) must bring an official letter stating the company they represent and the identity of the person attending.
