Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES FOR THE COLLEGE OF MEDICINE (NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT - TWO (2) FAILED BIDDINGS) 1)The North Eastern Mindanao State University, through the General Appropriation Act, F.Y. 2026[ Ibid.] intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php26,080,000.00), Lot A – Digital Anatomy and Physiology Simulation Systems – Php9,344,000.00 Lot B – Clinical Skills and Medical Simulation Equipment – Php2,380,000.00 Lot C – Medical Microscopy and Teaching Slide Collections – Php8,620,000.00 Lot D – Anatomical Models and Gross Anatomy Teaching Collection – Php4,356,000.00 Lot E – Hospital Furniture and Patient Care Equipment – Php510,000.00 Lot F –Furniture and Fixtures – Php870,000.00 and Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Medical, Laboratory Equipment and Fixtures for The College of Medicine (Negotiated Procurement – Two (2) Failed Biddings) /2026-17 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The North Eastern Mindanao State University now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Medical, Laboratory Equipment and Fixtures for The College of Medicine (Negotiated Procurement – Two (2) Failed Biddings) /2026-17[ A brief description of the type(s) of Goods should be provided, including quantities, location of project, and other information necessary to enable potential Bidders to decide whether or not to respond to the invitation.]using the Negotiated Procurement Mode. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
