DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDUAL CONTAINMENT AREA (RCA)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDUAL CONTAINMENT AREA (RCA) 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PhP269,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDUAL CONTAINMENT AREA (RCA). Proposals received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals. 2. The MUNICIPALITY OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA, now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDUAL CONTAINMENT AREA (RCA) using the Small Value Procurement. Short-listing documents of interested bidders/suppliers must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or before October 21, 2026 at Municipal Building, Brgy. Quezon, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija. 3. The Procuring Entity shall evaluate bids to determine the Highest Rated and Responsive Bid. The requirements for eligibility are as follows:  Philgeps Registration Certificate (Platinum or Red Membership)  Mayor’s/Business Permit  DTI or SEC Registration  Proposed Christmas Decoration Design  Price Proposal (Annex A). Short-Listing Documents must be received by the Procuring Entity’s BAC at the address indicated in the Request for Proposal on or before the date and time indicated in this RFP. 4. The contract shall be completed Within (7) Days upon approval and receipt of Purchase Order. 5. The MUNICIPALITY OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA reserves the right to reject all proposals or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of RA No. 12009 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
