INVITATION TO BID The Municipality of San Mateo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors registered with the BAC in the Municipality of San Mateo, to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder listed project. Project Reference No. : 100260901097 Project Name : Procurement of anti-flu and anti-pneumonia vaccines used for vaccination program among priority sectors of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal Delivery/Location Site : Superhealth Office, Municipal Complex, Brgy. Guitnangbayan 1 Source of Fund : Maintenance and other Operating Expenditures Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php1,748,800.00 Period of Contract (Implementation) : 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 5 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act. The Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
