Republic of the Philippines ` Province of Batangas MUNICIPALITY OF LAUREL BRGY. BERINAYAN, LAUREL, BATANGAS OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID Brgy. Berinayan, Laurel, Batangas through the Annual Appropriation Program intends to apply the sum stated hereunder to payments under the contract for the aforementioned project: LGU LAUREL 25-04-009 PROJECT : PURCHASE OF FLOOR MOUNTED AIRCON LOCATION : Brgy. Berinayan, Laurel, Batangas ABC : 150,000.00 CONTRACT DURATION : 30 CD The Barangay Berinayan, Laurel, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. The Baranagay Barinayan, Laurel, Batangas reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 15 - OCtober 22, 2026 from the given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGeps), provided that the bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
