TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM: Tenderers with a valid Term NDA are required to email lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with the subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract T2507" to obtain access to the Tender Documents. 1. The password for the Tender Documents will be issued only after the Tenderer has: (a) quoted the Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA; and (b) declared that it has read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Term NDA. Tenderers without a valid Term NDA are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the Term NDA notice for further details. 2. The password for the Tender Drawings will be issued only after the Tenderer firm has obtained the required clearance. (a) Complete the Drawing Clearance Form by providing the details of one (1) authorised signatory from the Tenderer firm. (b) Password will only be provided to the authorised signatory after clearance is obtained. Please note that the clearance process takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Kindly ensure that the Drawing Clearance Form is completed accurately using the prescribed template. Any resubmission or correction will be subject to the same processing period. The Authority reserves the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and/or Drawing Clearance Form if either document is incomplete or submitted incorrectly. CRITICAL CRITERIA: Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified in Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. Attendance at the Tender Briefing is mandatory and is considered a critical criterion. Failure to attend the Tender Briefing will result in the disqualification of the Tenderer's submission. Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for further details.
