Prospective bidders should have experience in understanding similar single project within the last two (2) years with the amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. Treasurer of the Pamahalaang Barangay ng Mapulang Lupa and may be downloaded at the PHIL-GEPS website. Bidders/suppliers must be able to log in the Philippines Electronic Procurement System (Philgeps) wherein the name of the company will be reflected in the Document Request List of the Bid Notice Abstract of the Procuring Entity. The Sangguniang Barangay Mapulang Lupa reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assume no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bids.
