Procurement of a party to supply clean drinking water to K. Dhoonidhoo

Invitation to Bid: The Service invites bids from interested parties to supply clean drinking water to K. Dhoonidhoo. Bid documents are available for purchase from 27 October 2014 until Thursday, 30 October 2014, on all days except public holidays, from 10:00 to 11:00, at the Finance Department of this Service (Iskandhar Building, Ameenee Magu). The price of each bid document is MVR 50/- (Fifty Rufiyaa). Upon payment, the bid document will be issued in soft copy format from the Procurement Section of this Service. The pre-bid meeting for this project will be held on Sunday, 02 November 2014 at 13:30 at Iskandhar Building. Any queries regarding this project should be sent by email to [email protected] before 14:00 on Thursday, 30 October 2014. Bids will be opened on Thursday, 06 November 2014 at 13:30 at the Finance Department of this Service. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope must show the name of the bid, the date and time set for opening, and the name of the service provider.
