Land Lease for Business Purposes in the Utheemu Bandaru Area

Utheemu Council invites interested parties to apply for leasing 3 plots from the Utheemu harbour area for a period of 20 (twenty) years for commercial purposes. Parties wishing to participate in this tender are requested to register with this office before 13:00 on Thursday, 01 October 2026. Only parties registered for this tender may submit bids. After completing the registration form for the tender, it may also be sent by email to [email protected]. Also, a registration form will be cancelled if the registration for the tender does not include the plot details or slot number. No additional briefing session will be held regarding this tender. Bids will be submitted at the Utheemu Council office on Thursday, 08 October 2026 at 13:30. The registration form for the tender, the bid submission form, and other information relating to the tender will be available from the Utheemu Council office and in the Government Gazette of the Maldives together with this notice. Those eligible to apply are parties registered under the Business Act of the Republic of Maldives (18/2014) and sole proprietors registered under the Sole Proprietorship Business Act (19/2014). For further clarification, interested persons may call the Council at 6500038 between 08:30 and 13:30 on any working day. This notice is therefore issued to inform the public.
