REPUBLICA DE FILIPINAS GOVIERNO LOCAL DE ZAMBOANGA BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO RE-BID FOR OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES (HOME AND AWAY GAMES / DIVISION / REGIONAL / ATHLETIC MEETS/ OTHER DEPED GAMES) 1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Annual Budget FY 2026 SEF intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Pesos Only (P1,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses (Home and Away Games / Division / Regional / Athletic Meets/ Other DEPED Games) under PR No. 200-26-03-1850. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for 4,000 pax Food and snacks for delegation officials, Medical officials, Guests and others (800 Pax) at Php 400.00 per day for 5 days, (l Meal and 2 Snacks). Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty Calendar Days (20 CDs). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the City Mayor – Procurement, Acquisition and Awards Division and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 05-14, 2026 from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (P1,600.00).
