INVITATION TO BID PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR USE OF BARANGAY 42M PINAGBUKLOD, SAN ANTONIO, CAVITE CITY 1. The Barangay Government of Barangay 42M Pinagbuklod 20% development fund duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum Four Hundres Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-six pesos and 90/100. (441,466.90), approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the Purchase of Various Medical Equipment for use of Barangay 42M Pinagbuklod, San Antonio, Cavite City. 2. The barangay 42M Pinagbuklod bids and awards committee, now invites bids for the Purchase of Various Medical Equipment for use of Barangay 42M. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Act”. 4. Interested bidders may whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 1984. 5. Interested bidders, may obtain further information from the Barangay Secretariat of Barangay 42M at the address given during office hours 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. 6. Bids must be duly received by Barangay Secretariat through manual submission on or before October 14, 2026 , 8:00 A.M, at the Multipurpose Hall Building of Barangay 42M. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder/s representative who choose to 7. Late bid shall not be accepted. 8. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms stated in the BDS. 9. The bids and awards committee of barangay 42M reserves the right to accept of rejects any bids to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids, declare failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance within Section 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
