Provision of Integrated Facilities Management Services for PA Properties for a Base Period of 5 Years with an Option to Extend for another 5 Years

Tenderers are required to submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) set out in Attachment B which can be found in the Covering Letter in order to receive the password to have access to Part V - Breakdown Cost of Tender, which contains the Baseline Expenditure. The NDA shall be duly signed by an authorised representative of the Tenderer. The Part V-Breakdown Cost of Tender will only be issued to bona fide Tenderers who are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under Facilities Management (FM01), Financial Grade M1 (Tendering Limit - Unlimited).
