Procurement of a supplier to provide materials for the water tank at Kolhufushi Children's Park

Mr. Kolhufushi Children's Park requires a supplier to provide a water fountain (drinking water dispenser) for installation. Therefore, the Council requires a party that can supply such a product. Accordingly, information regarding this project will be provided at the Council's meeting hall at 11:00 on Sunday, 18 February 2024. In addition, parties who wish to clarify information online may send an email with the company/business name, contact number and email address to [email protected] before 11:00 on 18 February 2024; the form for submitting project information and the estimate will then be sent to that party by email before 15:00 on Sunday, 18 February 2024. The estimates for this project will be evaluated and opened at the Council's meeting hall at 11:00 on Sunday, 25 February 2024. The estimates must be submitted in a sealed envelope. This project is open to companies registered under the Business Registration Act (Act No. 2014/18) and individuals registered under the Sole Proprietorship Business Act (Act No. 2014/19). If a person other than the business owner attends to clarify information and submit an estimate, a letter of authority from the owner is requested. Furthermore, it is announced publicly that the estimates of parties who do not arrive on time to submit their estimates will not be considered.
