Notice Reference No: FNK-I/IUL/2022/350 Notice regarding the procurement of materials required for the water and sewerage system: The information included in this notice is in accordance with the information in the tender document. Since the notice issued for the procurement of materials for the water and sewerage systems of the company's branches did not receive adequate response, the opportunity to submit proposals for this work, from both local and foreign parties, is hereby reopened. The bid security for this work shall be three thousand (3,000.00 USD) US Dollars, or the equivalent amount in Maldivian Rufiyaa, submitted in a manner that fulfils the conditions below. The bid security must be: - An original bank guarantee letter (or) - A bank-guaranteed and stamped cheque (or) - An original insurance policy from an insurance company registered with the Maldives Monetary Authority. The bid security must be submitted in the name of the company submitting the estimated amount. The validity period of the bid security shall be 20 days longer than the validity period of the estimated amount. The validity period of the estimated amount submitted for this work shall be a minimum of 60 days. Timeline: Registration to participate in the bid: 11 to 22 May 2022, 08:00 to 15:00. Final date for clarification of information (via email): 19 May 2022, 15:00 noon. Submission of estimated amount: 23 May 2022, 11:30 forenoon.
