Name of Project: PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES, MATERIALS, MEALS AND SNACKS FOR RDANA TRAINING Location: Municipal Hall Building, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur Approved Budget for the Contract: PhP 239,570.00 Source of Fund: Fund BAC Activities / Date / Place Advertisement / Posting of IAEB / OCT 14 to OCT 22, 2026/ PHILGEPS Receipt of Letter of Intent (LOI) including Application for Eligibility /OCT 14 to OCT 22, 2026/ BAC Office, Ground Floor Municipal Hall Building, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur Issuance of Bidding Documents /OCT 14 to OCT 22/ BAC Office, Ground Floor Municipal Hall Building, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur Opening of Bids / OCT 22, 2026 @ 10:00AM / BAC Office, 3rdFloor Municipal Hall Building, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. In consideration of the amount of the project involved and for the BAC to establish financial stability, the prospective bidders should have an experience of having undertaken a similar project at least a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use nondiscretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. The Municipality of Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations-A (IRR-A). The LGU Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to accept or reject any of all bids, to waive minor informality in the bids received, declare a failure of the bidding for any justified and reasonable ground, and to award the contract to the bidder whose bid, as evaluated by the BAC, is most advantageous to the municipality.
