The Municipality of Limay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites registered contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project/contract: PROCUREMENT OF ASSISTIVE DEVICE FOR THE 3RD QUARTER OF 2026 FOR SENIOR CITIZENS Project/Contract: PROCUREMENT OF ASSISTIVE DEVICE FOR THE 3RD QUARTER OF 2026 FOR SENIOR CITIZENS Location: Limay, Bataan Approved Budget for the Contract: Php460,250.00 Project Duration: 30cd Amount of Bid Documents: Php500.00 The BAC will use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the prelim-inary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. The Limay BAC reserves the right to accept bids only from our accredited contractors/suppliers. All particulars relative to eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the perti-nent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
