Perico ----------------- BAC Member ABSENT : Bidders CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM: There having been a quorum, the bidding conference was formally called to order at exactly 9:00 A.M. , Upon direction of the BAC Chairman Angie A. Prestosa; The Bids and Awards Committee had convened for the 1st Bidding Conference regarding the procurement of Patrol/Rescue Vehicle (Chariot) in Binanuahan, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, But no bidders attended. Bids and Awards Committee decided to conduct 2nd Bidding Conference on October 20, 2026/9:00AM. On motion properly made and seconded, Resolution stated below was approved, to wit; RESOLUTION NO. 026 Series of 2026 "PRESENTED FOR CONSIDERATION IS TO CONDUCT 2ND BIDDING CONFERENCE ON THE PROCUREMENT OF PATROL/RESCUE VEHICLE (CHARIOT) IN BINANUAHAN, LAGONOY, CAMARINES SUR. " WHEREAS, due to the absence of Bidders on 1st Bidding Conference the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) decided to conduct 2nd Bidding Conference on the procure- ment of Patrol/Rescue Vehicles in Binanuahan, Laonoy, Camarines Sur; WHEREFORE, on motion presented by BAC Member Efren V. Decelo, duly seconded by BAC Member Hubert L. Verdejo, be it; RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Members of Barangay BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) to conduct 2nd Bidding Conference on the Procurement of Patrol/Rescue Vehicle (Chariot) in Binanuahan, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur; RESOLVED FURTHER, that certified copies thereof be furnished the office of the Municipal Accountant, the Commission On Audit, and other concerned offices , Lagonoy, Camarines Sur for their information, reference and guidance; UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. xxx----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------xxxx ADJOURNMENT: Then there was no other important matters to be discussed, the Bidding Conference adjourned at 10:00 in the morning.
