The San Jose City Local Government through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 3,435,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement and Delivery of Pick-Up Type Vehicle and Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) for the use of City Mayor’s Office. Bidders should have completed a similar contract within the last five (5) years, with a value at least 50% of the ABC. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local and foreign subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the City of San Jose and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM–5:00P.M. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by Interested Bidders on September 24, 2026 – October 14, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five thousand pesos (₱5,000.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGeps) and the website of the Procuring Entity (https://www.sjc.gov.ph) provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents. The Bidder, at its option, shall submit a Bid Security in the form and amount which may include ANY of the following: Form of Bid Security Amount of Bid Security (a) Cashier’s or Manager’s check issued by a bank certified by the BSP as authorized to issue such financial instrument. Two percent (2%) of ABC (b) Bank Draft/ Guarantee, or irrevocable letter of credit may be issued by a bank certified by the BSP as authorized to issue such financial instrument.
