NAVOTAS WEST, NAVOTAS CITY Invitation to Bid PROCUREMENT OF CCTV CAMERAS WITH INSTALLATION 1. The Barangay Government of Navotas West, through the 2026 Annual Budget Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos(Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the supply and delivery of Procurement of CCTV Cameras with Installation. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Navotas West now invites bids for the supply and delivery of the Procurement of CCTV Cameras with Installation. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 14, 2026 at 9:00 am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms stated in the BDS. 6. Bid opening shall be on October 14, 2026 at 9:00 am – at Barangay Hall Building of Barangay Navotas West.. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s representative who chose to attend. Late bid shall not be accepted. 7. The Sangguniang Barangay of Navotas West reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 8.
