Notice Reference No: FNK-I/IUL/2022/327 Notice on the Procurement of Materials Required for the Water and Sewerage System: This notice concerns the procurement of materials required for the water and sewerage system of the company's branches, in accordance with the information contained in the tender document accompanying this notice. Bids are invited from both local and foreign parties in the Maldives for this work. The bid security for this work shall be USD 3,000.00 (three thousand US dollars) or an equivalent amount in Maldivian Rufiyaa, and must be submitted in accordance with the conditions stated below. The bid security shall be one of the following: - An original bank guarantee letter; or - A bank-guaranteed and stamped cheque; or - An original insurance policy issued by an insurance company registered with the Maldives Monetary Authority. The bid security must be submitted in the name of the company submitting the estimated price. The validity period of the bid security must exceed the validity period of the estimated price by 20 days. The validity period of the estimated price submitted for this work shall be at least 60 days. Registration for participation in the pre-bid meeting: from 27 April to 12 May 2022, 08:00 to 15:00. The last date for clarification of information (via email): 11 May 2022, 15:00. Submission of estimated prices: 15 May 2022, 11:00. Therefore, interested parties are requested to register in accordance with the schedule stated above and then submit their estimated prices.
