The obligation for the warranty shall be covered by either retention money in an amount equivalent to at least one percent (1%) but not to exceed five percent (5%) of every progress payment, or a special bank guarantee equivalent to at least one percent (1%) but not to exceed five 2. percent (5%) of the total contract price 2.WARRANTY PERIOD: ONE (1)YEAR FROM ACCEPTANCE . 3. DELIVERY PERIOD: WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF P.O./ NTP 4. EXPIRATION DATE: ATLEAST 10 MONTHS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY AND NOT LESS THAN 24 MONTHS FROM DATE OF MANUFACTURING 5. PAYMENT TERMS: 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER COMPLETE DELIVERY
