INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CHICKEN POULTRY CAGE UNDER THE TDIF 2026 CONTINGENT FUND IB NO. 042-09-2026 1)The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, through the TDIF 2026 Contingent Fund (Transitional Development Impact Fund of 2026 Contingent Fund) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP4,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The MAFAR-BARMM now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CHICKEN POULTRY CAGE UNDER THE TDIF 2026 CONTINGENT FUND, Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Other specifications: -BARMM, BTA and MAFAR logo must be included -All necessary material testing, shop drawings, As Built Drawings, permits and other preliminaries must be considered in OCM Php 4,800,000.00 180 Calendar Days Php5,000.00 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4)Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. 5)A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 22 - October 13, 2026 from the address below Special Bids and Awards Committee Office, MAFAR-BARMM Regional Office, Bangsamoro Government Center, Gov. Gutierrez Ave., Rosary Heights VII, Cotabato City, Philippines, which shall be open to prospective Bidders. 7)Bids must be duly received by the Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 03:00 o’clock in the afternoon of October 13, 2026.
