Republic of the Philippines Province of Zamboanga del Sur MUNICIPALITY OF DINAS BARANGAY PROPER DIMAYA INVITATION TO BID October 6, 2026 The Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, ZDS now invites bids for RENOVATION OF BARANGAY OFFICE at Proper Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur. Works is required within 30 Calendar days from the date of the official start of the subproject. Bidders should have completed in the last one (1) year of contract for works that are similar to the works that are to be undertaken under the Contract that is the subject of this Bid invitation. "The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 500,000.00 Project Duration: 30 Calendar days Minimum Bid Security: Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee/Bid Securing Declaration Bid Closing Date: October 14, 2026 Description of Works: Item NO. IV FINISHING WORKS 1.00 lot SPL SIGNAGES 1.00 lot x-x-x-NOTHING FOLLOWS-x-x-x-x Bidding will be conducted in accordance with National Competitive procedures, and is open to bidders from eligible source. Interested bidders may obtain information from the BLGU-BAC of Proper Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur and inspect the Bidding documents on October 6-12, 2026 at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders on October 6-12, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a none refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of ₱ 500.00. The bidder may request that the Bid Documents be sent to them by mail or courier, and for this, the bidder shall pay the amount in the Philippine Peso to cover the cost of mail or courier delivery. The fee for obtaining a Bid documents and the cost of mail or courier shall be paid by the Bidder thru Cashier's Check or Manager's Check issued in favor of the Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, ZDS. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 09:00 am of October 14, 2026at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Barangay Locuban, Barangay Hall, Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. The deadline for the submission of bids must not later than 9:00 am, October 14, 2026. The opening of bids will proceed immediately after the time set for the deadline of submission of Bids as indicated above. The Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, ZDS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
