Local Government Unit Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Local Government Unit of Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay , through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project : Name of Project :Meals and Snacks Location: LGU Imelda Brief Description :Meals and Snacks Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 600,000.00 Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years, with an amount of at least 50 % of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility/check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary " Pass/Fail"criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relatives to eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference (s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent papers provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulation ( IRR ). Bid Document will be available only to eligible bidders at the Bids and Awards Committee office. The Local Government Unit, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. Submission of letters of Intent and Application for on or Before October 14, 2026 @10:00am Eligibility ( If single stage bidding is used, delete this activity) 4. Opening of Bids October 14, 2026 @ 2:00pm 5. Bid Evaluation October 15, 2026 6. Post-qualification October 16, 2026 7. Notice of Award October 17, 2026 The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at Imelda Municipal Hall, upon their submission of a LOI, and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount to one thousand Pesos ( Php 1,000.00 ) only to the office of Municipal Treasurer. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address . They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.
